What does this mean for you?

Format of Quotations

A change to the format of our quotation documents, as exampled below.

Your Quotations will be received from the following email address, squotes@k3syspro.com.

Please ensure your IT department is made aware to ensure that these will be delivered to the requested inbox.

Service Delivery Note

Previously known as a Site Visit Report, you will receive a Service Delivery Note detailing the consultancy work delivered and associated actions. This will also include a change in the format as exampled below.

Your Service Delivery Notes will be delivered from the following email address, servicedeliverynote@k3btg.com.

Please ensure your IT department is made aware to ensure that these will be delivered to the requested inbox.

Format of Invoice

A change to the format of our invoice documents, as demonstrated below. For invoices that have associated services, a time backing sheet will be included detailing the numbers of hours worked, name of the K3 Employee and a line of detail of the work completed.

Your Invoices will be received from the following email address, accountsreceivable@k3syspro.com.

Hourly Billing

We will be transitioning to hourly billing for all consultative, project management and development services, billing you only for the time that is used.

Ticket Numbers – Support vs Projects

You will already be familiar with receiving communications with a ticket ID in the following format [K3S]- 000000 from our Support Desk.

Please rest assured that you won’t receive communications via tickets for any project related activities however you will notice there is a reference to project specific tickets on Service Delivery Notes and on Invoices.
